We are building an application that consistently automates the core routines of rental management.
- Founding: LeaseEase was launched in 2025.
- Product milestone: MVP completion in February 2026.
- Pilot phase: alpha test in February 2026.
- Growth step: starting February 2026, we begin raising capital. Use of funds focus: product development and building the customer base.
- Market entry: first customers from July 2026.
- Scaling: building and scaling the customer base from 2027.
- Optional extension: expanding the target group to property managers covering rental and WEG administration in 2027.
The team
We combine hands-on real estate operations, transaction and platform experience, and the ability to found and execute.
Oliver Kolle
Background: Extensive experience in real estate private equity and investment banking. Responsible for large-scale transactions and the strategic management of significant residential portfolios at an institutional level.
Role: As Co-Founder, responsible for strategy, finance, and the operational scaling of the business model.
Strategic Transformation: Combines deep expertise in restructuring and asset management with modern AI strategies to fundamentally resolve inefficiencies and administrative bottlenecks at the portfolio level.
Lukas Heichel
Background: full-stack and platform architect focused on scalable applications, automation, and clean system integration.
Role: as CTO, responsible for overall technical architecture, selecting and evolving the technology stack, and executing the core functions.
Contribution: building the technical foundation so LeaseEase works reliably in everyday operations: clean data model, stable interfaces, and clear permissions.
Delf Schumann
Background: owner of a mid-sized real estate portfolio with hands-on rental management experience.
Customer perspective at the core: as co-founder, translating real operational processes into clear, practical product logic.
Execution capability: many years of consulting and service design experience, focused on robust processes and measurable relief.
